A human’s skin color has nothing to do with their behavior. a persons culture and norms however may dictate their actions. I can tell you that every culture and every people of every color of skin has commited war and violence with with people of its own culture and skin color or people of other cultures and skin colors. This isn’t that far fetched. The charges seem inflated to satisfy public opinion. All it will take is *one* jury member to think the police are never wrong.

First…To call the cops racist is retarded. THEY ARE COPS IN OAKLAND!!! 98% of the people in OAKLAND they come in contact with are black so how are they profiling? Second…it was an accident. I’m sure they guy feels terrible. This video is just a bunch of crooks finding any excuse to act like animals. And THIRD…I’m sure Oscar Grant wasn’t at the Bart station selling cookies when he was arrested.
The middle class community leadership in Oakland can channel this courage and energy down positive avenues and create a legitimate protest. Get Oakland Techs Student Body Government involved, and Berkeley’s, and get young people with good people skills more involved. By all means, they should be there themselves.
Don’t go against the demonstrators. Don’t try to police them. Don’t think that you’re their NEW authority. Don’t try to tell them what is RIGHT? Don’t preach at them. Let the youth GO!
I can’t wait until the revolution after the economic collapse. Every town will look like Oakland. We are long overdue for a one in this corrupt ass country. The police abuse going on and not to mention the corporate/government abuse taking over the world and destroying everybodies future of hope. Policemen stop criminals. If you are a criminal, then yes, they will terrorize you and make your life miserable. For you to say that, you are obviously some minority, living on a very low income, who undoubtly is involved in illegal activity.
Most police have been conditioned to react this way. Police have taken an oath to uphold the constitution yet have never read the constitution.
There will me more of this in the future on much larger scales as the economy continues to collapse and the lies of the political leaders are shown for what they really are.
Call it what you want, the shooting of the 4 cops in your state is just the begining in terms of civil unrest in the country. The parole board that let that guy go did so because California and most of the other states cannot afford to house criminals anymore. State and Federal goverments are bankrupt and the dollar is on the verge of collapse. Prepare for civil war and a potential milatrized state.
