The first guy who fired did so after he was hit by Sean Bell’s car. None of the shots had anything to do with prostitution. It all had to do with Guzman saying he was going to get a gun. The cops didn’t need to take the chance that Guzman was going to start shooting people in the club, so he yelled for the guys to show him their hands. Instead, they ran him over. And attempted to do so again.
That’s when the shots started.

If he was clearly running away, he wouldn’t have slammed into a van containing police officers twice. He would have turned in the opposite direction when he had the chance (and yes, he had the chance). Just because he didn’t have a gun doesn’t mean he was unarmed. He was armed with a Nissan Altima.

This guys an idiot. They WERE investigating prostitution until one of the guys got into an argument and said “yo go get my gun.” It was reasonable to believe that the occupants of the car had a weapon on them. So when bell drunkenly tried to kill the cops with his car, the cop shot with good cause.

Hail to your comment. Them New York Police are illerate. I remember in the 70′s, children and adults hated the Police so bad. They got low on staff. The Police would hire anybody. They were hiring people without an High School Diploma or Equivalency. They were even hiring ex-convicts. The Police Department in New York, New Jersy area are so stupid. And that is why, cause they are so uneducated. -
2 things, first one of the cops reloads, he empties 2 clips and that’s the guy that does not know why he’s shooting at the car. The second, if they had been convicted it would of a sent a message to cops that you can’t just be nervous and shoot people without a reason, and it would of also sent the message to everyone else that cops would be held responsible for shit they do. However now the opposite is true, cops aren’t respected or trusted and they just made their jobs more dangerous.
