2 things, first one of the cops reloads, he empties 2 clips and that’s the guy that does not know why he’s shooting at the car. The second, if they had been convicted it would of a sent a message to cops that you can’t just be nervous and shoot people without a reason, and it would of also sent the message to everyone else that cops would be held responsible for shit they do. However now the opposite is true, cops aren’t respected or trusted and they just made their jobs more dangerous.

Hail to your comment. Them New York Police are illerate. I remember in the 70′s, children and adults hated the Police so bad. They got low on staff. The Police would hire anybody. They were hiring people without an High School Diploma or Equivalency. They were even hiring ex-convicts. The Police Department in New York, New Jersy area are so stupid. And that is why, cause they are so uneducated.
